Unprocessed Soilent Green Wrapper Update

steroids last night helping some.

Breakfast: gluten-free english muffin, butter, peanut butter
Lunch: Taco Salad from work cafeteria after eating it thought I should have checked the dressing, but I think it was Ken’s which should be ok…
Dinner: Brinner! bacon, sausage, gluten free pancakes.. nom.
