					<description>Good for you!  Walking is one of the BEST exercises you could do.  You burn more calories from walking than jogging, and it's so much easier on your joints!

Think about wearing a backpack while walking (the extra weight will make your walk more intensive).  Swinging your arms also increases the aerobic capacity of your workout.
