I Said, Young Man, When You’re Short On Your Dough

Went to the Y after church with Meg. We swam and walked in the water for about 40 minutes, then I did 20 minutes on the treadmill and some weights. I’m working up to more and more of my treadmill time is running instead of just fast walking, but it’s slow going. After we left the Y, we picked up our repaired vacuum cleaner at Sears and then took the dog for a half mile walk around the nieghborhood. I am definitely ready for some veg out time after all that.
