Young Man, There’s No Need To Feel Down
Another hour spent at the Y. 10 minutes going about 4.5 mph on the treadmill to get my heart rate up. Then I spent 25 minutes doing various weight training. Then I wandered over and found a rowing machine

The Bally's Liferower has this cool little video game associated with how you row:

It really helps keep you going. I about fell over when I got off of it after 12 minutes. I spent the remainder of my workout hour back on treadmill.
Again, water based (or this time, simulated water based) exercises, are kicking my butt. I'll get you water!
One benefit of having to hurry home from work to get to Y in time to put in a good workout is that I end up eating a smaller dinner too. I have a feeling I'll be mighty hungry in the morning, though. I feel tired, but good. I meant to go earlier in the week, but working until almost 7 earlier in the week kinda put a stop to that.
With that, I have a dog that needs some attention, and wife that wants to go to bed.
