PayGo directly affects all of us and indirectly (through the consumer) affects the economy.
Ok, I might agree that PAYGO is abbreviation used by the house and senate, but you’re going to have to provide a less partisan link than the heritage foundation. Maybe http://www.house.gov/rules/98-20006.htm would be a good starting point.
